Founded in 1921, the RPYC is one of the world's friendliest yacht clubs. We consciously aim to be a leading club and we rely on our members to contribute to the continuing development and operation of the facility. This involvement promotes the friendly culture of the Club and ensures responsiveness to members’ and guests’ needs. Our facilities are first class with your social, sporting and boating needs all being catered for within our new, state-of-the-art Clubhouse.

The Club's marina provides access to both harbour and offshore yachting, and its social and racing calendars are packed with many interesting events. It is also home to many permanents vessels and provides a safe, comfortable haven for visiting boats.

The Royal Papua Yacht Club is a dynamic progressive club dedicated to the enjoyment of all forms of boating, producing champions, staging several events and ensuring that the sport of yachting is accessible to everyone.
