Expressions of Serious Interest: “B” Finger Berth Extension Project

The RPYC Executive Committee is currently considering the viability of extending the current “B” Finger.  If the project proceeds, the Committee anticipates that a minimum of 20 new berths would become available for lease by selected Members.

Work on the already approved extension of the “D” Finger is expected to commence on or around the 20^th March 2012 and to continue for approximately 8 to 10 weeks.  The Committee believes that this construction work, and especially the presence of a pile driver on site, provides a unique opportunity for RPYC to extend “B” Finger as well.

Subject to a sufficient number of “Serious Expressions of Interest” being received from Members, and to final decisions by the Committee and the RPYC’s Financial Advisory Board as to overall viability, construction work on the Project could commence immediately following completion of the “D” Finger extension.

Given the obvious time constraints, the viability of the Project is completely dependent on the Committee receiving a sufficient number of “Serious Expressions of Interest” by Friday 17^th February 2012.
